The Vegaccino

I am so excited to present to you the Vegaccino!


Also known as a vanilla protein shake made with coffee! To say I’m excited would be an understatement!
Now granted I haven’t had an actual frappucino in years, pretty much since I found out they have 500-1000 calories and a boat load of sugar in them. But from what I remember, this tastes pretty darn close to a frappucino, but this version has 25 grams of protein, 3 grams if sugar, and only 150 calories. I can picture you now, cruising down the road with the windows down drinking your Vegaccino and feeling so smug 😉

Vegaccino Ingredients
1 cup crushed ice
3/4 cup cold brewed coffee
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or to taste
1 scoop vanilla Vega sport protein
1 tablespoon flax oil (optional but I put flax oil in all my shakes to get good fat. Flax oil helps with joints, hair, skin and nails.)

Blend together and enjoy!


Its so gorgeous out right now that I couldn’t resist taking a picture of a flower. Its not Lilly but its still beautiful 🙂
