Is this recipe original? No, not at all. But it is, I believe, the best hummus in the world.
Ingredients:
1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup tahini
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup – 1/2 cup lemon juice (I like to use just a little less than a 1/2 cup)
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions: place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Inhale!
